Is FEMA Ready for Another Catastrophe?

It's a question I don't think I've heard anyone ask yet.

If a terrorist organization executed a catastrophic attack in the coming weeks, is FEMA, or anyone in the White House or the Pentagon, prepared to protect American citizens? I think the evidence points to a dismal conclusion.

I want someone to ask the President, or any of those creeps, what they are doing to protect us from another event, which we may not see coming.

How can anyone think this chimp-in-a-suite is doing a good job? He is an extraordinary fuck-up.
